Questions regarding your order status
How can I check the status of my order?
- Each time your order status changes we will send you an email to notify you. If you do not still have your email you can always log into your account by clicking the order status button at the top of the main page. All your messages will be found there.
How long does it take to receive a back ordered item?
- Typically, back ordered items will arrive to you in less than 2 weeks, however, all back ordered items can take up to 30 days to ship. Large orders can take up to 45 days in some cases. Once you place an order as a customer you agree that these back order items may take this time. If you would like to order an out of stock item but don't have 30 days before your event what you can do is place a wear date at the time of purchase. We will see this message and compare your wear date with the estimated arrival of your garments. We will only process your order if we believe we can make your date after we speak with the manufacturer.
My credit card was charged. Where is my order?
- To protect your security no one at flowergirlprincess ever sees your credit card information. Your order and credit card information are processed immediately by a bank and reported to us. Your order will still take the normal processing time according to its availability.
What if my order takes longer than 30 days?
- This is very rare, however, manufacturers can become overloaded in their work sometimes. If you have placed and order and find that it has taken over 30 days to receive we can still fill your order, offer you a replacement garment, or cancel your order for a 100% hassle free money back guarantee at your request.
What if I don't receive my garment by the wear date I requested?
- Once you have placed a wear date for a back ordered item we will first contact the manufacturer to see if we can make your date. We will only process your order based on the information they give us about availability, however, should your order arrive after your wear date you may return it for a 100% refund if you no longer wish to keep your dress. This means you will not be charged a restocking fee and your shipping fees will be returned to you. We ONLY offer this guarantee to customers who place their wear date at the time of purchase.
I did not place a wear date and now I see that I can. What do I do?
- Call us! We are here between 9 am and 3 pm eastern time. Our wear date 'guarantee' does not apply to customer who request a date after they have placed an order, This is because your order has processed before we can double check your request, however, we will still work very hard to get what you need. Please do tell us and we will add the information to your account.
