If I order the wrong size what do I do?
For your convienence we have carefully measured each garment and listed each measurement for each size. When ordering we recommend that you select a size that is 1 or 2 inches larger than the childs measurements. If you still find that the size you ordered is not the one you want simply return your item for the proper size. Please see our easy exchange/return policy for details.
How are you able to provide such low prices for high quality designer dresses?
We deal directly with American companies and have years invested in relationships with manufacturers while negotiating the best deals. You will not find our prices at any of your wedding bridal stores.
Can I visit your store?
We are only located online. We do not have a commercial location. This is another way to keep our prices as low as possible.
Can I recieve a swatch?
We are not the manufacturer of our inventory so we do not have swatch fabric available.
Where are your items made?
95% of our inventory is made in America from some of the highest quality dress makers in the world. We are able to provide you with garments sold at top line bridal shops.

When can I expect my order to ship?
In stock orders ship same or next day. We keep anywhere from 5000 to 7000 Flower Girl Dresses in stock at all times. Because of the high volume of sales it does happen that the style, color, and size you have chosen is on back order. In general you should always prepare that your item may take 30 business days to ship. Any canceled orders are subject to a 15% cancelation fee and shipping fees are never refundable. In order to avoid a cancelation fee you can add the date you need your order by in the comment box during your purchase. We will review your order and our inventory first. If we can not make your request your credit card will not be charged and some one will contact you to see if we can help you with anything else. How do I know what size to choose?
Each dress comes with a size chart on the product information page. For details on how to use this chart and how to take measurements on your child visit our measurements page.
I have a shipping date but my order is not updated. What does this mean?
When you place an order for an out of stock item we start working immediately to get your dress as fast as we can. First, we call you to confirm that you saw the item was marked out of stock. Then we contact the manufacturer and put a special order in for your dress so that it will arrive before our normally scheduled delivery. Once we have spoken to the manufacturer they give us a good idea of when your dress will ship from them to us. We then email you with an estimated shipping date. This does not guarantee your item will ship on this day. It may be sooner or later depending on the manufacturer or the post. This is just a guide to help keep you updated on your order status. Remember, if you need an item delivered by a special day you are responsible for adding this in the comments box at the time of your order.
