By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

• Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
• We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
• We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.
• We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
• Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
• We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

Returns and Exchanges

1. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) you must fill out the RMA form located here within 7 days of receiving your order. Do not ship a package without receiving a return confirmation.

2. Overnight express orders are not eligible for return under any circumstances. Any items ordered with a request of a delivery date of less than 7 days from the time the order is placed is not eligible for return. RMAs can not be submitted after a requested wear date has passed.

3. Please ship packages back within 2 days of receiving your RMA number. This does not mean we need to receive it within 2 days. It only must be post marked within 2 days. Returns are made the the customer expense.

Merchandise must be in its original condition as shipped to the customer.
Merchandise must have the original tag attached.
Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging, including hangers, coverings and or any similar accessories.

All returned item(s) are thoroughly inspected for any signs of being worn, including smoke, food odor, and pet hair. If inspection fails or an item is returned past our 3 day policy, it will be sent back to the customer at customer expense and the transaction will be deemed final sale.

4. Headpieces, tiaras, socks, sashes, and undergarments may not be returned or exchanged.

5. Clearance items, discontinued, sale items, all special order items are deemed final sale. Non- returnable items are marked with a red line drawn through the original price.

6. Items may not be refused once they are ordered. Refused orders will forfeit the buyer credit and will be reshipped to the buyer at an additional charge to the buyer.

7. Orders can not be cancelled once they are ordered. You must receive the order and proceed with a return.

8 Refunds: If you receive free shipping and choose to return an item, the shipping cost will be deducted in the refund amount. Shipping costs typically range from $11.00 - $20.00 depending upon your location and order size. To avoid unnecessary returns and delays, please measure your child and order the correct size. If you are in doubt always go bigger. Always choose a size 1-2 inches larger than the child. We are not responsible for manufacturer size charts that do not exactly match the garment. Additionally: there is a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount. Please allow upto 14 days from the time we receive your return until you your return process is complete. You will receive an email update once we have completed your refund. You may contact us at any time if you have a question in regard to the status of your refund.

9. Exchanges must follow the return policy and place an entirely new order.

Shipping

Orders placed on Fridays will not begin processing until the following Monday.

All items may take 30 days to ship if wear date is not submitted at the time of order.

When selecting a shipping method you are paying for the method by which an item is shipped not the number of days for an item to be delivered. If you pay for 2-3 day delivery your item will be shipped priority mail by the post office. Priority mail is the 2-3 day delivery method. We do not offer shipping refunds for items not arriving in 2-3 days. The shipping method selected does not affect processing time. Please use our inventory charts to make a judgement on your processing time. You are responsible for placing a wear date for your order at the time of purchase if your order is time sensitive. We ONLY offer time deadline guarantees for item ordered with a wear date. We do not offer refunds or returns on overnight orders. If you order overnight with a wear date that is close to processing time and delivery time you are assuming the risk that your order may not arrive on time. Wear dates are for normal orders ONLY. Wear dates are only applicable to United States orders because we can not judge carrier time on international post or customs.

If your event date is less than 30 days please note it in your order in the comments box. We will compare our inventory with your needs and ONLY process your order if we beleive we can meet your needs. If you place an order with an event date that is not possible to accomodate, someone will contact you and your credit card will not be charged. This way you can feel safe to place your order and protect yourself from any cancellation fees and restocking fees. Because of the number of orders we process daily we do not typically notify customers if an item is on backorder unless requested at the time of purchase.

All items must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. Absolutely no exceptions! Separate shipping addresses may be used for repeat customers only with prior approval. If you are a return customer and wish to use a separate shipping address please also note it in the comments box.

This section applies to all women's dresses - Women's Prom, Cocktail, Wedding and Bridesmaid Dresses

It is not necessary to sighn for a package. However, if you want to make sure you do have signature confirmation, please request it at the time of your purchase. If you are in a busy or community location are your local post office may reserve the right to require a signature before dropping it off to you.

Payment: To protect your security no one at flowergirlprincess ever sees your credit card information when placing your order online. Your order and credit card information are processed immediately by a bank and reported to us. Your order will still take the normal processing time according to its availability.

Charge backs: We take credit card fraud very seriously. If you do not have authorization to usa a credit card do not purchase from our store. We will prosecute with both federal and local authorities. Any charge backs filed due to failure to read our policy or a break in the service agreement will be disputed with the credit card company and reported to the credit reporting agency. Additionally, all charge backs filed falsely as decided after the credit card company investigation will be administered an additional $30 fee. All fees and losses to flowergirlprincess will be forwarded to collections. FlowerGirlPrincess reserves the right to deem all or any sales final.

Stock Photos: Nearly all garments are shown as stock photos. All items may vary slightly in dye lots, embellishments, ribbons, or other styles as per the manufacturer. We are not responsible for these variations and customer acknowledges that stock photos may not be exact.

99% of our photos are stock photos given to the manufacturer. You will receive the same style and cut that the manufacturer has made to go along with the stock photo. The customer must realize that every monitor may show a different shade or brightness of color. Dresses can also vary in dye lot, embellishments, ribbons, and measurements. The customer must realize that if a specific shade or detail is necessary it may be a better idea to order your garment in a boutique where you can hold it and feel it in your hand. We will do our best to catch any detail variation and list it in the description, however, manufacturers can change details with out notice and we are not responsible for these detail changes. We will happily accept a return for any garments that a customer does not wish to keep for any of these reasons, however the return policy does apply under these circumstances.

Measurements Charts and Descriptions

When a new style comes to our catalog we measure each size as it arrives and post it for you to review. The size chart is meant to be a guideline and each cut may vary 1-2 inches. In some cases the manufacturer may change the size measurements in the width and length with out telling us from season to season. Although, we will correct these charts as they are brought to our attention we may not catch every one. The customer acklowledges this may happen and the size chart may be incorrect, because of this we will be happy to double check each garment before you place an order. If you are concerned about a measurement please call us before you place your order and we will pull the size you want and take the measurements from that garment and discuss with you your needs. We will be happy to take all the time you need to help make the best selection. We will also be happy to accept any returns due to sizing issues however, the return policy does apply in the case of these inaccuracies.
