My neice wore this dress for my wedding. You do need the petticoat for it to look like the picture. Over all quality was pleasing. The price is very good for a dress made by Sweet Kids. I have seen this in stores with the Sweet Kids tag go for 100 dollars. You can also pull apart the tulle layers for an even fluffier look. Our girls wanted the tutu look but we kept it more subtle. I will shop again

This dress was very pleasing. It looked just like the little girl in the video. However it is necessary to buy the hoop style underslip instead of the netting type slip if you want it to look like the video. It was an easy fix and everything turned out great. Over all this was a good dress for a flower girl.
