This is a pretty black bubble dress with a heat shaped embellishment at the waist. The dress is a fully lined bubble dress with a sealed layer of crinoline netting inside the layers to create a full fluffy look. Cut to a tea length the fabric is made from two tone party taffeta for an extra soft formal look. The rhinestone pin is removable.
