Our Terms of Service are very easy. By placing an order you agree that you have read and accept these terms.

FREE USPS mail shipping on every order over $100 in the lower 48 states. All clearance and sale orders do not qualify for shipping promotion. Shipping prices will be added to totals for these items. Hawaii and Alaska not included

 

This section applies to all children's dresses and accessories

In stock orders ship same or next business day. We keep anywhere from 5000 to 7000 girls dresses in stock at all times.

Because of the high volume of sales it does happen that the style, color, and size you have chosen is not immediately in stock. In general you should always prepare that your item may take 30 business days to ship. In order to avoid a return and restocking fee you can add the date you need your order by in the comment box during your purchase. We will review your order and our inventory first. If we can not make your request your credit card will not be charged and some one will contact you to see if we can help you with anything else.

All in stock items are shipped via ground USPS Typically, items take between 2 to 48 business hours to process. Orders placed on Fridays will not begin processing until the following Monday. Average ground shipment time can take 3-14 days depending on your location.

When selecting a shipping method you are paying for the method by which an item is shipped not the number of days for an item to be delivered. If you pay for 2-3 day delivery your item will be shipped priority mail by the post office. Priority mail is the 2-3 day delivery method. We do not offer shhipping refunds for items not arriving in 2-3 days. The shipping method selected does not affect processing time. Please use our inventory charts to make a judgement on your processing time. You are responsible for placeing a wear date for your order at the time of purchase if your order is time sensitive. We ONLY offer time deadline guarantees for item ordered with a wear date.

If your event date is less than 30 days please note it in your order in the comments box. We will compare our inventory with your needs and ONLY process your order if we can meet your needs. If you place an order with an event date that is not possible to accomodate, someone will contact you and your credit card will not be charged. This way you can feel safe to place your order and protect yourself from any cancellation fees and restocking fees. Because of the number of orders we process daily we do not typically notify customers if an item is on backorder unless requested at the time of purchase. Item must be shipped to the address on the credit card. (If you need an item before 14 days from the time of your order you will automatically receive and be charged for priority mail services from USPS)

If an item is out of stock you can still place an order. Typically, that item will arrive in our store within 7 business days. We will update you with an email to give you an estimate of when your order will ship. This estimate is based on the manufacturers estimated shipping schedule and it is not guaranteed your item will go out on this date.

All items must be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. Absolutely no exceptions! Separate shipping addresses may be used for repeat customers only with prior approval. If you are a return customer and wish to use a separate shipping address please also note it in the comments box.

This section applies to all women's dresses - Women's Prom, Cocktail, Wedding and Bridesmaid Dresses

Since we specialize in little girl dresses we do not typically keep our women's dresses in stock and must order them at the time you purchase. If you see a dress marked on sale it is in stock and ready for immediate shipment, however all women's dresses are regarded as special order. Otherwise, you must plan your Prom or Pageant gown purchase well in advance. There may be a processing time from 1 week - 5 weeks for a large elaborate gown. Many of these gowns are often made at the time of order. It is required by the manufacturer to make a payment at the time of purchase in order to have the fabric cut. Your credit card will be charged immediately and your order will be placed immediately. Shipping will depend upon the manufacturers speed to make the gown.

One address per order. All orders are shipped via ground and charged ground unless otherwise requested. If you want priority or next day you must request it at the time of your order. Shipping fees reflect the method by which we ship. We are not responsible for carrier delivery time. Any expidited delivery request still takes the normal processing time.
